Finger Lakes Home

Blackduck Cidery was a longtime in the making and we had a lot of great help along the way.  Our family orchard produces cider, perry and vinegar in small batches with minimal manipulation using ambient yeast fermentation.  Small farms producing real food and drink, what a novel idea!  Shannon, John, Idunn and Pippin want to give a shout out to all our peeps along for the ride.  The Blackduck crew would never have made it without the immeasurable help of folks like D. Boon, Mr. James Brown, Chester P. Hackenbush and countless others.  Cider is life!
